Company Recruitment requirements

At the beginning of each year, based on the development strategy and annual operation plan, the General Affairs Office will make our company's annual plan, which would always offer a forecast of personnel demand. Every year, after making personnel demand forecast in accordance with our company's development strategy and annual operation plan, the General Affairs Office will draw up the plans for human resources and its costs, and report them to the Deputy General Manager and the General Manager for approval.
Recruitment requirements:
Supplement of personnel in shortage. Personnel to be recruited according to the authorized size of the company due to employee job change, including personnel transfer, retirement and promotion.
Actual personnel demand. It involves talents with special skills in urgent need because of unpredictable business and changes in work, namely, technological development, expansion of the size of existing personnel and staffing.
Talent reserve. In order to reach the company's goals, a certain number of specialized talents in various kinds, such as university graduates and specialized technical personnel, should be reserved.
Recruitment methods:
There are two kinds of recruitment: internal recruitment and external recruitment. Internal recruitment, or recruiting talents within the company, is not only a way for the company to meet the internal need in personnel, but also enables the employees to obtain jobs in line with their career development; external recruitment could be conducted through advertisement, job fair, online announcement, employment agency and peer recommendation. When one position is vacant, internal personnel should be considered first, and when there is no suitable candidate, external recruitment will be considered. Candidates who have correct ideological and morality, law-abiding, devotion, hard-working and healthiness will be wanted.
Internal recruitment procedure:
Based on the job description, the General Affairs Office makes the internal recruitment announcements, which could be posted on the company's intranet, bulletin boards or internal recruitment documents. The internal recruitment announcements should be available to every regular employee as far as possible;
All regular employees can apply for a post. Candidates should first send the application to the head of the department. After getting the approval from the head of the department, the Deputy General Manager and the General Manager, candidates are able to apply for the position to the General Affairs Office;
The General Affairs Office should conduct preliminary screening according to the requirements of the job description. For those who pass the preliminary screening, the General Affairs Office will organize the employing departments to review;
The General Affairs Office will report the list of candidates who have passed the review to the Deputy General Manager and the General Manager for approval. After the approval, the candidates-to-hire should first go through the work handover procedures in the former department, and then check in and start working in the employing department;
External recruitment procedure:
1.Registration: applicants should bring ID card, academic certificate, relevant certificates and its copies, one-inch bareheaded and full-faced photo to the General Affairs Office, and fill in the application registration form.
2.New department staffing;
3.Department staffing replacement;
4.Demand for reserve of talents;
